Eco WeedKiller PRO 3SP
Eco Weedkiller Pro 3SP was the subject of my thesis. It is a development work for Ab Konevel Oy. It contains the design process for a new Eco WeedKiller Pro 3SP device. The design process concentrates on the appearance of the device, usability of the device and the ergonomic aspects using participatory design methods and principles of design.
In this thesis, the design process is described from the groundwork to the finished model of the device’s exterior. Methods, such as shadowing, storyboards, ergonomic analysis and prototyping have been used in the design process. Design principles such as form follows function, symmetry and the golden ratio have been used in the aesthetics of the design. End result is simple, but elegant.
